Description
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager
Location: Rockville, MD or Secaucus, NJ | Reports to: Consultant, RCM & CFO (TBD)
About Us
The Center for Innovative GYN Care (CIGC), Visionary ASC, and National GYN Specialists (NGynS) are part of a growing healthcare ecosystem transforming women’s surgical care.
CIGC: Over 20 years of expertise in advanced minimally invasive GYN surgery, with nationally recognized peer-reviewed journal publications and superior outcomes.
Visionary ASC: A physician-owned and physician-operated platform expanding access to value-based surgical care through free-standing Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) in Rockville, MD (Innovations Surgery Center) and Secaucus, NJ (Visionary NJ). Visionary ASC is among the very few free-standing ASCs in the United States to incorporate DaVinci Robotics for major GYN procedures, technology that is typically reserved for hospitals and hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs). Unlike many ASC platforms, Visionary ASC is independently owned and operated — with no private equity, hospital, or ASC management company involvement.
NGynS: Launching in 2026, a nationwide patient-facing platform designed to connect women with fellowship-trained GYN specialists through trusted educational resources.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced RCM Manager to lead revenue cycle operations during a critical phase of growth. As our ASC and practice network expands, strong leadership is needed to stabilize billing, collections, and payer relations. This role will oversee daily RCM operations, build scalable systems, and collaborate with clinical and financial teams to improve cash flow and compliance — supporting one of the nation’s only ASC platforms advancing robotics-based GYN surgery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations (charge capture, coding, billing, collections, denials, appeals).
Manage RCM vendor and internal team performance, with KPIs on AR days, collections, and denial rates.
Standardize RCM processes across ASCs, CIGC, and new ventures.
Develop payer relationships and escalate claim resolution as needed.
Train and mentor staff in compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Provide reporting to executive leadership on revenue performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
5–10 years in revenue cycle management, with ASC or specialty practice preferred.
Strong knowledge of coding, billing compliance, and payer regulations.
Experience managing teams and/or vendors.
Proven ability to lead through growth and system change.
Why Join Us?
This role offers the chance to take ownership of a critical function during a pivotal growth period. You will help build scalable financial systems that underpin our robotics-integrated, physician-owned ASC model.
We offer competitive compensation, with the opportunity for productivity-based bonuses and future equity participation. Visionary ASC provides a rare environment where leaders can directly shape innovation, scale nationally, and grow their careers in a physician-led, independent healthcare platform.
