• Outpatient responsibilities include:
  • Stroke follow-up visits in clinic 2-3 days per week
  • Enhancing post-discharge continuity and patient outcomes
• Structured mentorship and support modeled after successful Grand Rapids Stroke APP program

Qualifications:

• Experience preferred.
• APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment.
• State of Michigan license is required at time of employment.
• DEA license
• BLS Certification and maintain recertification.
