We’re seeking a passionate and driven Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospitalist team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-Time (0.8 FTE)
- Schedule: Primary schedule supports the nocturnist team
- Location: Grand Rapids, MI
- Specialty: Hospital Medicine
- Hospital Info: Team admits and provides services to all Internal Medicine patients, including PMI
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes – Opportunity to teach students
- Call Requirements: Inpatient shift-based only; no call

Requirements
- Open to experienced or new graduate providers
- APPs: Board certified in specialty prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained)
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
