Requirements
Our ideal candidate demonstrates a sincere commitment to establishing long-term roots in the Hartford area and brings a strong sense of accountability and ownership to their work. We are looking for a true partner—someone who values professional autonomy, is not seeking a health system employment model, and is eager to help shape the future of an independent, physician-led practice. While we prize our independence, we maintain strong collaborative relationships with hospital leadership and actively participate in committees and departmental advocacy—an approach that has consistently strengthened our presence and influence. A willingness to share gynecologic brachytherapy responsibilities with partners is essential, reflecting our commitment to balanced workloads and team-based excellence. Work-life balance is a core value of our practice, and we offer a generous vacation package to support the well-being and longevity of our physicians.
