MercyOne Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join its Rural Health Clinic in Mount Ayr, IA. This position offers the unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine in a welcoming, close-knit community. Physicians enjoy meaningful patient relationships, a supportive care team, and the ability to make a lasting impact. 

Opportunity Highlights 

• Join a team of 2 Physician and 4 APPs
• Volume: 15-18 patients/day
• Call - 1:5 rotation
• 4-day work-week; M-F (4x10 hour shifts)
• Outpatient clinic and nursing home rounding 
• Onsite lab, X-ray, and pharmacy
• J1 and H1b applicants welcomed

Opportunity Details

• Annual Base Salary guarantee of $301,000 /yr + production incentives
• $300,000 Bonus Package
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• PSLF eligible
• 403 B match
• 30 Days annual PTO
