Description
OverviewCarle Health is seeking additional CRNAs to join our growing Anesthesiology Department at Carle BroMenn Medical Center in Normal, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- Staff CRNA positions available
- Staff CRNAs will work 10 or 12-hour shifts; call schedule is weekend 3rd call rotation every 8th weekend and weekday 3rdcall rotation after 7 pm
- Join an autonomous and team-centered department of over 17 CRNAs that perform over 6,000 OR cases annually in addition OB, Cardiac Cath, GI and IR procedures.
- Able to consult with specialists across the organization
- Be part of a strong, stable, financially sound and innovative health system
- Modern, recently renovated in 2023, state-of-the-art facility; Carle BroMenn Medical Center is a Magnet-Designated 200-bed hospital with a Level II Trauma Center, Level II NICU, and is an Accredited Chest Pain Center and Certified Primary Stroke Center by DNV

Education Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois CRNA license

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $288,205 - $312,208. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
